Screw the running and the basketball.Too much aeorobic excercise(yours add up to 4 hours!) will hinder your growth and recuperation, essential for strength in football.Your target should be keeping the sprinting(essential for speed and short term endurance) and losing the rest.If you still want to do more aerobic excercise, I recommend 20 minutes of fast walking on a treadmill or stationary bycicle first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.You might be able to throw another training day.Train intensely and dont exceed 45 minutes per workout, and eat big! Good luck.
