Omnadren is Russain, however it is made in eastern Poland. Though I am not a user, promoter, or dealer of A.S. I like to read on the subject and from what read it is a cousin to sos however, it is a lot cheaper. You expect the same kind of effects from it. It is said since the collapse of the Soviet Union a lot of the substance has found it's way to North America. As far as counterfeits it is used to counterfeit varies products such as sos, primo, various other test. Since it is illegal to use unprescribed drugs in the U.S. I assume you live somewhere else where A.S. are legal. In this case from what I have read you would want to use it as you would use sos.
