Actually you are correct that CLA is found in flax seed oil. Yet to get the equal amount you would probably have to drink the whole bottle of flax. Now that is disgusting and expensive. GNC's pro performance line is coming out with a CLA. This item is buy one and get the second one half off. It will be alot cheaper than EAS
