A couple of months ago the DEA busted some sources
in Europe that tried to sale prescription drugs to American
folks. Tha adresses of these sources are stated on an
speical import list (CERI-sources whatever) so the DEA
can monitor mail from these sources that enters the US.
Question: Does this mean that these mailorder companies
can sell to EUROPEAN folks without DEA interference?
