Hello again everyone, I'm looking for a bit of advice. First of all I'm 6'1 and about 285Lbs. Now about 3 years ago I got into training I went from 290Lbs to the 225 range in about 14 months. I worked hard at it and I did fairly well now I've always been a big guy, however I lost interest somehow and I
slowly over a period of 18 months gained back the weight, I've still got alot of strength but what I'm wondering if I should stick to just basic lifting for sometime then switch to a.s or would it be better just jump back into it after a few months of lifting? I've never really used a.s and I'm not knowledgable at all in the least. Which is why I need some help. First I need to know if I should stick to lifting for a period of time then goto a.s or start up right away? Also if anyone has any ideas about losing fat quickly (don't we all wish?) please let me know.
