It seems you've missed the whole point of a cod transaction. The point of one is that you only have to pay once you recieve the goods.
Now if youre buying a book etc this might be fine but when it comes to something like juice no way.
I mean are you going to open the package in front of the postman and examine the goods and then decide whether to pay or not?
If someone was really selling you juice they wouldn't want to have any genuine address associated with the package, especially if they are based in the US. Possibly a foreign supplier could manage to do this safely but international cod is nigh on impossible. Even from a first world country like mine.
