Does anyone know whether gyno surgery takes care of future problems,
or whether it must be repeated? I have a friend with pre-existing gyno,
and wants to do a fairly aggressive cycle with test/deca, but doesn't
have access to Nolvadex or Teslac. If the gyno flairs up, will surgery
take care of it forever? Also, does Saw Palmetto do anything to curtail
aromatization? Thanks.
