Clomid should be taken for the last ten days after your cycle to restore the
hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis. Take 100mg a day for the first 5
days and then 50mg a day for the last 5. Clomid works best after taking a
single 5000 IU shot of HCG and when taken with 200mg of DHEA a day. The
DHEA acts as a raw material needed in the blood for the clomiphene citrate
to be most effective.
I believe clomid is still listed as a class III schedule drug in the U.S..
