You'll notice very mild if any gains on just 2 shots in 4 weeks. If you're considering doing steriods then take them in dosges that will at least elicit a decent response. I see that safety is a major issue, but if you're going to use them then do it right. The least you should use to make it worth the time is 1 every 10 days for a total of 6 Sustanon. Good Luck!
