HELP ME MAKE THE BEST OF MY FIRST CYCLE

This is what I have to work with:
4 Sustenon 250 preloads.
1 Sten (200mg)
10cc's depo-testosterone cypionate
3 primobolan depot (100mg each)
How should I use all this to maximize my first cycle? I want to get huge.
Unfortunately I dont have access to any novadex or stuff like it, will I
run into gyno problems?
How can I best keep the size after the cycle is over?
