Unless your female don't bother with less than 200mg per week. 400mg is more like the right dose. 6 weeks at 400mg 1 at 200mg then off.
PS I wouldn't get injection advice from someone who can't even do it himself ! A 1" 23 gauge will
be painless and effective.
