I was doing Breathing Squats ( which I do every year at this time ) on
Sunday with 450 lbs usinq a (Bodymaster Squat machine). On rep 17 I had
a stabbing pain in the base of my skull radiating thru my eyes . I dropped
to the floor and composed myself . The pain got progressively worse and I
ended up in the ER . I got an MRI < MRIA , and am waiting for the results
( I should have tommorrow ) . I am in week 1 of a decrease the day cycle
of sust 250 took 6 days before the incident . So I am sure that this is not
relevant ( since its such a small amount ). This was the worst pain I have ever felt
. HAS ANYONE ELSE EVER EXPERIENCED SEVERE HEADACHES AFTER SQUATS AND WHAT WAS THE
DIAGNOSIS . Thanks for your input .
