C.I.D. legit manufacturer?

Primateston Depot 250 single dosage amps, clear glass, C.I.D on teh label as the manufacturer, lot# and shtuff. Anyone know if this is legit or a good way to spot counterfeits? Any input on dec is appreciated, too.
