Looking at taking a.s.

It seems awhile back somewhere i lost 5 days of this board,
of course, that is when i posted a message stating my question.
So I'll try again, I am 160 lbs, about 9% body fat, 22 years old,
and have been lifting for around 3-4 years. I play rugby and need
to add lean muscle (about 10 lbs). I am currently taking creatine,
and may consider an a.s. The weight I'm looking for needs to be
coincided with increases in strength for obvious reasons.
I am also looking to drop a few % b.f. I am not sure if there
is an a.s. out there that can do these things, without crazy sides.
I would appriciate all feedback.
