: I think to get more of a responce from your various posts, you may want to say your goals, body fat%, among other things... just give all the details, and maybe an idea of what you want to use... you have to make the decision. Try also ordering "The World Anabolic Review" from EDGE... and maybe get Bill Phillips book "The Anabolic Reference Guide"... after reading these, you'll be a lot more educated... believe me...
