: It's really hard to gain muscle and lose excess weight at the same time. You really need to either  Burn off your fat first, then add more beef, or  Bulk up more muscle (and a little fat) then starve off the fat.
: To lose fat:
: 100-150 mg Deca a week will keep your muscles from wasting while you sharply reduce your calorie intake. Keep your protein reasonably high and cut way back on carbs and fat. Remember to supplement vitamins and such. Clenbuterol or Hydroxycuts will help burn the fat faster. Train high reps at moderate weight. Also aerobics.
: To Beef up:
: 200-400 mg Deca a week. Train hard. Eat a ton, but minimize sugars, fatty foods and alcohol. Lots of protein and complex carbs (keep energy up). Get plenty of rest. You will put on quality beef and minimal fat, which can be burned off with clen or Hydroxycuts. If you limit the cycle to 4-6 weeks and avoid higher dosages, you should be able to avoid the need for HCG, Clomid, Nolvadex, etc. You should make moderate to good gains.
: Leave at least a month between cycles.
