I am almost 22 years old and have been riding and weightlifting for 2 years.
I ride between 200-250 miles a week and lift at least 3 times a week. I still find
that my strength training isn't going well for my legs. It seems that I have very little
power in my legs. I am relatively skinny at 6'1 165 with 12% body fat. A teammate
suggested the use of roids. I have read this page several times and have the upmost
respect for your opinions. I would like to know what kind to use,how to cycle, and how to
stay competitive without getting to big. I have no idea where to start. All suggestions
would be appreciated. One more thing, I am a college student and wary of getting bunk shit
if you have any suggestions on how to identify bad stuff let me know.
