: week 2: ditto for the anadrol, 500mg sust.

TO KNOW HOW YOU DID THIS...THE WEIGHT...WHAT LIFT
YOU WERE DOING....I POWERLIFT...I LIFT VERY
HEAVY...(SQUAT LAST NIGHT 800 LBS. FOR 3X'S
HIGH..BUT EASY AND WITHOUT A SUIT!). GENERALLY, IF
ITS NOT A TEAR..OR NO MAJOR SWELLING..CONTINUE
LIFTING...LESS WEIGHT..BUT YOU NEED TO KEEP THIS
AREA MOBILE...I ONLY WORK OUT 2 X'S A WEEK..SO I
GET MORE REST THAN MAYBE YOUR USED TO. ALSO,, LOTS
OF ASPIRIN..PROTEIN.(I LOVE TWIN-LAB LIQUID
PROTEIN)..NO DRINKING!! AT ALL! AND, BEFORE YOU
TRAIN...GET SOME BEN GAY ULTRA/EXTRA STRENGTH..PUT
ALOT ON THE INJURED AREA...I ALWAYS PUT IN ON MY
SHOULDERS, ELBOWS, TRAPS, AND PECS ON BENCH
DAY...MAN!!!!!IT REALLY HELPS..I LEARNED ALL OF
THIS FROM A CURRENT WORLD CHAMPION!!! IT
WORKS...GOOD LUCK...ALSO...DONT GO TO HEAVY..BUT,
DONT STOP...KEEP THOSE MUSCELS WORKING UNLESS
