Blood Pressure

I am on the end of my 3rd week of sus250 and went to the store to check my blood pressure, comes to find out that it's 172-s 52-d ( I am no expert on which is which so if I'm wrong shoot me) anyways is this normal? I havent really had too many side effects but have put on 11 lbs My blood Pressure was normal (130-40 something)
Is this cool or should I be worried
