Apparently Andorra, in the Pyrennes between France and Spain, is just a shopper's paradise. You know - a very small country, loves the tourist dollars. Also, don't forget Holland. Its pretty liberal about lots of stuff. Ya' gotta love these small places. Happy shopping!
