: i am aware that cardio burns fat best when suffiecient oxygen is present, the muscles need O2 to burn fat. it seems to me that if you are having a hard time breathing (talking) you are not getting enough O2 and you are burning away at whatever glyco stores you may have (which may be low anyway). what are your thoughts on this?
: i know that a ball busting pace makes me feel better but rings away more glyco and water than fat. it appears as if you may agree with me but i'd like to be sure on this as i may have some clen coming my way this weekend and i am already slimming way down with high protein and low/no carbs and fat with continued intese lifting (but no aerobics yet--waiting for the clen, already on the ECA stack).
: any advice? i'm currently 230 pounds at roughly 7-9% bodyfat and am NOT shaping for a contest, more for summer and my own personal pride. your info is appreciated.
being that you have a pretty long time table i would say do moderate to intense cardio, and yes you will be able to
hold a conversation, just make the duration a little longer, that is what i normally do unless i am getting ready for
a certain date, just make sure you are dripping wet when done :-)
