Insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body. If you're using it alone (no HGH) then you should be careful with fat accumulation. That means using the fast acting insulin right after training so all the nutrients are going to be pushed first to muscle cells. It's a good idea to use
some clenbuterol or cynomel with it but only if you think you're getting fat. I've seen a very close friend using insulin twice a day, eating a lot of junk food and he just didn't get fat. That's just a great metabolism!
Since creatine works best with righer insulin levels it would be a good idea to use it when in insulin.
