: I'm doing the following leg/calves workout for mass:
: Squats
: Lying leg curls
: Donkey Raises

: But how much sets should I do per ex ?
: thought about doing
: squats......8 sets
: leg curls...4 sets
: Donkey Raises...6 sets

: I'm not taking steroids (too young).

Too much. Try 1, maybe 2 sets, each to failure, 8-12 reps each set, 2 or 3 times a week, depending on how advanced you are, less is better. Go slow, you can try 2 seconds positive, 2 hold/squeeve, 4-6 negative. There's variations, check out the BIGBOYS site. Make sure you do full rangeand stretch, especially hams, form is more important and generates more mass than hoisting heavy weights you have to heave instead of lift to move. Think recovery time, not exercise time. You grow when you rest.
