: : Animal I understand that if your hematocrit level is raised to hi then you have a strong chance of having serios disasters. However I was wondering if there was a safe level of EPO that you could take that wouldn't be life threatning but at the same time being productive. Also I haerd that there are prescription blood thinners that you could take in conjunction with EPO. My main events are the Mile and the Two Mile. As a track runner I stay hydrated throughout the day. If not EPO then could you suggest some other aid that would improve a runners performance, either by raising there level of red blood cells or any other coarse of action. I would greatly appreciate a response, and if you had the time and were willing I was wondering if either you or any one else you feel would be knowledgable to drop me a personal response. Thank YOU.
: Let's see, heart attack or stroke, heart attack or stroke, or maybe both! The thing to do would be to go altitude for about two weeks and then have your RBC count taken. Also, have it taken before you go up. Then you could use the epo to keep you at that rbc level which would be fairly safe? How old are you? And do you have a team doc or trainer. They should be willing to help you out on this as I don't think it's class III stuff. However, besides possibly some recovery time help, I don't think it would help you as your biggest problem is going to be lactic acid build-up. You could try creatine, test enan (less than 200mg/wk), androstenedione, these cut down on recovery times, and will put on muscle and increase your weight, but the more muscle you have the less likely that individual groups will fail, ie, which is stronger a string or a rope? For lactic acid you could try the baking soda trick, but my favorite has been DCA. It knocked 10 seconds off my 4k TT and I could have knocked off more but
: that was all I needed to win. I also pulled out of my pedal at the start so I figure 15 secs total. It gives you a little headache, but it is worth it! I could be missing some stuff here and you could also try clen and meta and al depending on what is banned or not in your org. That pyruvate might be something to try as well. Once my season starts I'm going to get some! Pyruvate and DCA! I'm gonna hammer some people! Anarchy in the USA!
Animal, I don't want you to think that I am not listening to what your saying its just that I need a little more advice. I was planning on taking Test. Enethate
Week1 500 mg
Week2 500 mg
Week3 375 mg
Week4 375 mg
week5 250 mg
Week6 250 mg
Week7 250 mg
Week8 125 mg
Week9 125 mg
Week10 62.5 mg
The reason why I was planning on taking the Test. for regeneration and recovery purposes. The DCA that you are talking about is that Dichloroacetate. How do you administer this, and in what dosages do humans use. I read an article in MM2k about DCA. Also where do you get DCA. From mailorder pharmacies? Also The metformin you said wasn't good for in season use. What is it good for. If I took a very small dose of EPO would it still be as harmful. What does pyruvate do?
Thanks for taking the time to answer
