Usually the dosage is 1-5 or more per day. If you
are just starting out, you had better take it easy
since their rather toxic along with Anabol (aka- Dianabol)
you may encounter some gut pains if your not careful.
As far as Winny's availability its not too hard to
find just watch out for a lot of fakes and be ready
to shell out some substantial dough for it.
