So you all saw my last set of pics: what are your recommendations for my emphyasis? (lagging biceps right?)
We're looking at 10-12 weeks of sust. I've retained 12 of the 15# gained on the last cycle and will be starting at about 145-146# with the intent to gain another 10-15 again. Don't worry; I'll be doing some cutting this summer to get the bodyfat down. I suspect that I'm sitting between 16 and 18% now.
C'mon, say to yourself,"If that were my body, I'd put some time into my ......".

In case you don't remember, you can find my pics at http://communities.msn.com/greywolfslair

oh and BMom, I wanna be the next hot mom showcased on your site! (I wanna see BMom arm wrestling JLyn.)

Okay so "if I were in JL's body I'd put some time into" (oh that sounds so naughty!):

Tris, calves, rear delts....

Happy bulking!

I'm impressed for sure. I agree with Skydancer (as usual) about the tris and calves. Back looks good-you've got the whole V taper thing going on. It's hard to tell from your pics-how's the hamstrings? Never seen those too big on a woman. Overall, great progress. You look pretty symmetrical to me. I would say just keep on doing what you are doing. Add mass everywhere but the calves need to catch up a bit. Again, nice job. ||24.247.50.194||reg|| Z||000004||JayeLynn||02-02-2001||01:19 PM||greyvulf@hotmail.com||Thanks. Yeah, I think that my calves could easily hold another inch or two. Right now the left calf is the same size as my arms (biceps) so a little empahsis on the triceps will certainly keep that ratio balanced. ..hadn't really thought about rear delts, but don't mind giving it a boost. I love having big shoulders! My hammies and quads are pretty well balanced, but are somewhat overshadowed by the fluff around my glutes. ..you know, where those great big saddle bags used to be. The last cycle of Deca trimmed those down nicely, but there is a few more cycles worth yet to go. I've already graduated to Levi 560's and Baggies. *pffft* I was trying to get a pair of leather chaps for the bike: Men's large was 1' dragging on the floor and still too small around the quads! How do guys balance on those skinny little twigs anyway??

HeHeHe! Love that!!!
JayeLynn,
Your progress is outstanding!!! I'd like to see that "Before the challange" pic, side by side with the "Now" shot. Very impressive!!
The most outstanding feature, tho', is that blazing smile!
You Go, Gal!!!
PS I want to see that arm-wrestling comp, too!||204.60.229.124||reg|| Z||000006||JayeLynn||02-05-2001||12:54 PM||greyvulf@hotmail.com||Thanks Ladies, from the bottom of my heart. I took it all to heart and am happy to let you know that my calves are SCREAMING today following a heavy calf/shoulder routine on Saturday (utilizing pre-exhaustion) followed by a bitch'n hockey game last night.

Note: if you point your toes outwards, your ankles don't bend much when you walk.

I have found that pointing my toes out when walking, just lets my ankles drag on the floor. Hint: Tell them you used to be a ballet dancer!||204.60.197.82||reg|| Z||000008||Fennec||02-10-2001||02:52 AM||||DAMN, woman! You have done a lot of work. Awesome and awe inspiring. THANK YOU! I'm very glad I went to your site and looked at the pictures.

What I want to know is, why don't we ever see before & after SERIES shots like these in the magazines? Last year, I kept looking for inspirational photos like yours, in the mags, but if they have anything, it's a single WAY before, and a single WAY after, and nothing in between, so it's hard to believe it's even the same person, let alone that it was (as we ALL know) a SLOW process!!!! No wonder people who are trying to get into this get so upset and quit when they don't have instant results. All you see in the mags is the instant update. Never mind how much later or how much effort/time put into the transformation.

With the women, especially, it seems to me, they tend to make it look more.... immediate.

I have to agree and will confess that my second year of training was spent in and out of a state of depression ... all because I hadn't been able to do in 6 months what all the others had done IN 12 WEEKS!

I think it is great that you stuck with it, and this just goes to show what hard work andd dedication can do - and that is does take time! I am a personal trainer and wish my clients were as dedicated as you and did not give up after one month - it takes a special person to want to work hard and not give up - You should be very proud of yourself! P.S. I hope to post some photos of myself in the near future.

For me, it took way longer than 12 weeks merely to realize that "Taco Casserole" made with turkey burger instead of ground beef, still did not make a healthy meal. My gosh, when I look at the things I ate daily only 4 years ago....

We've come a long way, baby!!
