From the small bit that I've read so far I can tell it's a great board w/ great people.  I'm sure I'll learn a lot here.<P>Anyway, I'm 28, have two kids, been lifting weights for 2 years now and run a martial arts club with my husband.  I am into fitness and have competed once, last Oct., placing 3rd. Unless you offer cardio kickboxing and a whole stream of other 'martial arts' at once, with a lot of kids.  We don't.  We're a small, slightly hard-core training club that offers only karate and grappling.  We don't teach kids either.  We teach mostly guys (I'm the only female) to fight, not all fight though, I don't...unless it's w/ my husband  <IMG SRC="http://www.elitefitness.com/ubb/smile.gif">  Some come for other personal goals, but we all train hard.
