I have been reading all the posts on the boards for a while now and thought it was about time.<P>I have been working out off and on for many years now.  I am still at the stage of trying to incorporate the diet and workouts into a "lifestyle". She has her masters degree in physical therapy(which I am very proud of her)and has been working out for more then 10 years.(Off and On)  We have both just moved to sunny san diego about 2 months ago from New Hampshire.  So this is a culture shock for both of us-but we love it out here and have used elite for alot of information.
