I did an 8 week cycle of anavar, 10mg per day and did very well with it.  I would like to put on more muscle though and was told to stack it with winny tabs.  Any help on a cycle? Three weeks into it is when you will begin to see the results from the winny. Z||000010||Trinity13||01-15-2001||11:26 AM||trinity1113@hotmail.com||Have been talked into competeing as a couple in a local show in late March and have decided to do an Anavar (oxandrine) cycle to help me along, starting with 5mg a day for 2 weeks if no sides will up to 10mg a day for another 6 weeks.   How does that sound?  No testing will be done for this show.<P>How long does it take for the anavar to kick in?  How much muscle can I expect to gain with anavar if I am eating clean with an intake of about 2000-2300 calories a day?<P>Gained about 12lbs, lbm with Deca back in June, 2000.  Did not like the sides I got though.  Voice changed, and got hair growth in weird places.  Hope to avoid the sides with the anavar. Z||000011||goldsgirl||01-15-2001||01:47 PM||||The last cycle of anavar was the first cycle I ever did.  I gained about 7 lbs of muscle with agood, but not impeccable diet.  I started the first 3 days at 5 mg - 2.5 mg twice a day.  Then I upped to 10mg - 5 mg 2 times a day.  Saw results in two weeks.  I have been off for over 7 weeks now and still maintained most of the muscle.  The only sides that I got was that I missed my period - still have not gotten it and oily skin and hair.  Had to wash my hair everyday - could have washed it twice a day.  The oily skin on my face I got a little under control but I broke out on my body also.  For a first time user it was pretty amazing and I am looking forward to my next cycle - mid February - of anavar and winny tabs.  Let me know how you do -||64.12.104.36||reg||

Oily hair and break outs is not bad at all.  Two weeks that's pretty good.  You used the same dosage I was thinking of doing.  I start tomorrow, am totally psyched.<BR>  <BR>The period is not an issue for me as I had a hysterectomy over 11 years ago.
