I've been reading this discussion board for about the past week or so and have finally made a few decisions on a cycle. I would like to get input, feedback, and/or suggestions about it. I am 5'2", 135 lbs, 20% bf, and I'm looking to gain muscle, strength and cut back on bodyfat. After reading old posts and suggestions from my boyfriend I have came up with the following 8 week cycle:

50 mg of Primo every 10 days (maybe upping to 100 mg if things go well with 50 mg)

4-5 Clen per day, 2 weeks on - 2 weeks off(I would of course probably try to find my recommended dosage but it's probably 4-5)

I would like as much feedback on this as possible, especially if you have done this or something similiar yourself.

Oh yeah, my routine and diet will be similiar to:
Weight Training: 4 days per week, 3-4 sets, high reps(10-14)
Cardio: 3 times a week for probably 45 min to an hour
Diet: 4-5 moderate meals spaced evenly through the day with one being a protein shake

I lost probably about 10 pounds fat and I got to the point where I can see my muscles when I flex. I'm looking to gain a little more muscle and make my muscle more defined. Maybe increase the weight you are using a little and bring down your reps. Like 8-10 reps 2-3 sets heavy. Make sure you are eating tons of protien and drinking plenty of water. Diet is everything and makes a big difference. Do some research of first cycle posts etc. There have been experiences posted on that topic. Good luck and keep us posted.||152.163.195.192||reg||
