I'd like to hear any routines, advice or anything pertaining to abs......
I don't remember the last time I trained my abs, yet, I whine (hard to believe) about them. For frequency, I do abs twice a week, 3 sets of either hanging leg raises or 3 sets of weighted crunches. Usually follow up this with a set or 2 of regular crunches.
