She knows I am on a cycle of 500 sust/week and has seen the results. I have told her of some fat burning drugs out there (clen, T3 etc) and now she really wants to try them. To you ladies out there, she does not really want to bulk (although I kinda like the look to a certain degree) but really does want to get cut. She is quite voluptuous (healthy bum and boobs) and has a nice shape but wants to trim down. I would assume lots of cardio and low weights with high reps would be the order but I need some different opinions as to what she could take to enhance her routine.

Normal is how I would describe it (normal as in NOT low fat). Her body fat is probaly @ 20-25 %. Winny sounds good. Now, I understand that winny is a not a relatively strong steroid but could it have any impact on her ability to have children? 1) A good, healthy diet. Well balanced and 20% lower than her active metablosism rate.

2)morning cardio on an empty stomach

3) resistance training will increase metablosim by adding lean mass


THEN these:

4) clen and ECA alternating every two weeks

5) a mild t-3 cycle

6) 25mgs eod of winstrol to maintain lean mass

and then she will be everything she wants to be. She could easily be ready for summer if she started now.

Now, after reading that, I was thinking of combining the T3 with say 25 mgs of Winny EOD for her. Sound good? I have just found a lot of women got too harsh of sides with 50 mgs of Winny and it is her 1st cycle. Let me know what you think.
