Ok I need some help with my first cycle, first of all:
female, 5"1, 117lb 20%bf (a little high )
been weight training since I was 17 I'm 24 now but more serious.
2 years ago.
I'm about to start a cycle with primo, winny,clen and E/C/A.
My goal is to get some muscles (want some more legs and arms) but especially
get cut.
I thought about 50 of primo for 10 weeks,stack the winny1/2cc EOD on the
last 4 weeks and clen and E/C/A 2weeks on 2 off alternating them.
How does it sound?
Do you think the winny at the last 4 weeks and the amount is ok?
Please give me some advice.

You will find posting is a much better avenue and will get a few different view points. Just keep in mind, of course, that my advice is always the best

One thing you should think about is that it is damn hard to put on lean muscle. One should focus on builing mass, or cutting.... (hint - mass)

Do and 8 week winny or 8 week primo

Winny 50mg/1cc EOD
Primo 100mg every 7 days

No need to get fancy, you need to get bigger if gain 10 lbs of muscle you will look dramatically different,but your not gonna lose fat and gain muscle at the same time

That and eat enough and you should do great.

However, I must concur w/THE EXPERTS before me - do not use more than ONE, ESPECIALLY if it is your first cycle. If sides present themselves you will not know which "supplement" did it....things get unnecessarily complicated.

I must also agree - you can't focus on two objectives at the same time ie building mass AND cutting.

You will be GREATLY shocked at how much your appearance will be altered when building mass....even if you stay at the same bf%....10 even 5 pounds of muscle will make a BIG difference in your overall appearance.

So I'd say - don't be so consumed w/getting too much leaner at this point. Focus more on building mass, eat clean, eat often - don't worry too much about cardio (counterproductive to building mass). Once your the A/S kicks in, as you begin to build mass - your metabolism will increase anyway.....GUESS WHAT?....increased metabolism = more efficient fat burning. If you don't totally gorge yourself on all kinds of empty calories and focus on drinking LOTS of water (minimum 1 1/2 gallons to 2 gallons DAILY), getting lots of sleep, push yourself but don't overtrain, you should be able to make good gains.

Then when you are done building, you can refocus your energies into burning the fat and exposing all that hard-earned MUSCLE!

Remember - MORE MASS = MORE EFFICIENT METABOLISM.

I don't have the level of expertise with roids as Lobo and IG, but I have been a woman much longer ...I think j/k

Anyway,I'm going to make an anology.

When you do your 'L' lateral raises for your shoulders, you don't lead with your wrists: you lead with your elbows. Likewise, when you go into a building/cutting cycle, you don't lead with the roid. (WTF?!)

Once upon a time, Lobo told me give a new gal some feedback. "tough love" is what he called it. Then he proceeded to give me the proverbial eyebrows and told me how harsh I was. *pfft* What I told this gal was that there is no magic pill that's gonna do it for you. So if it's not a magic pill, then it shouldn't be at the forefront of your plans. IMHO it should go more like this:

1. Intended Agenda (hint - BUILD MASS)
2. How am I going to change my WEIGHT routine to accomplish my agenda?
3. What do I need to do with my Diet to compliment the increased load
*that's where the decision about roids and other supplements come in*

In other words, if you buy the roids and neglect the rest, you're not going to have the results you're looking for. That said, I totally concur with the above advise: keep it simple! One roid at a time.
