I figure 3 to 4 salbutamol every 4 hours?

Besides the negative side effects you're experiencing, Salbutamol is not a strong thermogenic agent like Clenbuterol. In other words you're getting side effects without the main effect. What dose is your Salbutamol that you have to take so many? But even if you change to clenbuterol you will still experience flushing and nervousness.
