Fitness Chicks pictures were a great help. Any suggestions forthis as well as developing the area on the front of lower hip(I don't know if this is part of the lower external obliques? see FC's quad shot) I have yet to see mine and am thinking these may only be visible through less body fat.

ps. LOOK! I'm a pro bodybuilder now! lol

If any one of these ingredients is missing, then you'll end up with plain old shapely legs instead. LOL

I forgot to mention that even when you've got the muscle AND the leaness happening, you still need to play around and practice the posing. A good show of quads is different for everyone, and the only way to find out is to try different stuff.
