Z||000003||FitnessChick||08-31-2000||04:52 PM||fitnesschick@hushmail.com||I use lasix pre- photo shoots....however I am very careful about supplementing potassium with it, 7 monitering my h.r. & b.p......I have used it for the last 2 years extremely sparingly & am very educated on it & what it can do to your kidneys & heart.....<BR>Unless your girlfriend is doing a show where she needs to cut out all her water I would strongly advise against it.....it is a dangerous drug if not used properly.....<P><BR>try dandelion root for 3 days with restricted water & she should cut out a lot....you can also try something called chinese herbal cleanse- its a 10 day packet & I use it occasionally for 2-3 days to lose water pre shoot or contest.....||209.236.135.182||reg||
