Z||000000||BuffBlondie||08-02-2000||12:32 PM||buffchick2@aol.com||Just to give my personal opinion on the stuff...i've been using it for about 4 weeks now, I think, perhaps 3...anyhow, i've been away from home for the past week and a half, and eating more "crap", still working out the same, and haven't gained one pound!  I am actually seeing more definition and my bodyfat hasn't increased.  The side effects I don't like are that i'm hot all the time, and the rash I had when I first began using the stuff.  No more rash, and I can deal with the increased body temp.
