She has always been a role model of mine. Taking first place in the 1982 and 1980 Ms. Olympia fitness tournaments, she has mastered all forms of weight training and conditioning. Rachel has since concentrated her efforts to educating others about fitness and working out to gain a fit and healthy body. In her 1989 book, Perfect Parts, she puts together a rigorous daily workout program that is designed to precisely shape and tone the muscles in the body. Rachel also put out her first excercise video tape in 1995, In Shape With Rachel McLish, the first of its kind to include an excercise program specifically designed for both men and women. In addition to fitness projects, Rachel managed to garner her a first major acting role in the HBO movie Ravenhawk & a supporting role in Aces: Iron Eagle III.

That woman juiced?? No way. And if she was using anything, she didn't know how to use it! If you've got a basic structure like hers then her physique is very achievable without AS. Very achievable.
