I rather enjoy your compliments but please don't tarnish them by discrediting other women in here. Lobo has made this our board and if you look around you'll notice that you'll never see a woman to woman flame in here. We all respect each other and that's what I like best about this board. I visited the main board and saw a lot of hostility there and I rarely go there anymore and never post. I'm excited about HDarling joining the forum and am looking forward to getting some tips from her. I'd love to go to the gym with her a few times and get some pointers on adding some size to my legs.
BTW, enough of the is she a woman or a guy posts. I get those same comments often when I go out and personally I would like to see every little f--k that makes those comments get his face smashed (sorry there, it's my worst pet peeve). I'm nowhere near as muscular as her but when I go out I'm 6'4" in heels and have a lean, muscular physique that people always feel the need to make comments on. Now, about adding that size to my legs:-) Tracy

I have to agree, I am sticking to this board from now on...the guys have got serious chips on their shoulders!!!.

As for the Legs...I used to throw hammer at uni, and got into weight training there. Obviously legs got major attention then. To be honest i really dont think you can beat "bottoming out squats". They are powerbuilders more than anything else and we all know what the secondary characteristic is of strength and power.....muscle.

Also try squats with the barbell across the front of your shoulders rather than behind. This is an alternative to hack squats and really hits quads from a different angle. Also blitzs the teardrop muscle.

Deadlifts are also another mainstay of mine that just really adds power to the overall leg as well as hitting the hams.

I have always been naturally big. I started bodybuilding at 150lbs so i was no noodle! lol.
We all have to start somewhere. A lot of work has gone into this body and for that i am proud but improvements can be made. I personally dont like the ripped look and prefer a bulkier look. But hey each to his own.
I wish i had never posted my pics. I hope i can get involved in handing out some meaningful advice and learning something myself on this board.

Your presence here elevates our collective knowledge and is welcome.

I was just over in the chat room and I really cant beleive what some people are saying. Sorry that your getting such a hard time. I really didnt think something like that would happen here, where acheiving muscle mass is the object of us being here. Ive seen stupid stuff where people deserve to be flamed, but I dont understand why you are. Just because your physique doesnt appeal to them doesnt mean they should knock you for your accomplishments. BB is not easy, and for someone to reach the heights wich you have accomplished is awsome. I hope you stick around, the board can only benefit from someone with your experience.

Welcome

And the whole thread as well. There is an edit feature. Or, if you would rather me do it, just post a request on this thread and I'll go take care of it.

I.G. Well spoken.

Oh, and one small favor HD, maybe a short personal e-mail to I.G. or a post would be in good taste. As he is rather into the power lifting scene and does take his numbers seriously.
