A||||6||MS||16 weeks to go, decided to start diet|||||| Z||000000||MS||07-09-2000||06:26 PM||mad.scientist55@hushmail.com||Instead of my usual 12 week crash diet I've decided to give myself and extra 4 weeks. I've decided NOT to use any AAS/GH this time around, but I'll keep you updated on my progress. I'm sorry I don't have the facility to do any before pics, but as soon as I can find a scanner I'll post some of last years 'after' pics, then we can compare them to this year's after pics in 16 weeks.

Currently 5'5" 164 lbs. Haven't done %bf for a while.

I figure I need to lose around 2 lbs per week to come in at 7-8%bf and around 132 lbs. This does NOT mean I'm currently 26%bf, it merely means that I will lose some muscle along with the fat. C'est la vie!

I'll be on an 1800 cal diet, 50%protein, 40%carbs, 10% fat with one cheat meal per week.

My supplements will include Adipokinetics 2-3 times per day. Next month I'll start adding in extra yohimbe with my first dose of the day (pre-cardio). I'll also be taking Proxylon (ipriflavone) 5x200mg per day with meals, glutamine at bedtime and in my water-bottle for morning cardio (total 20 grams per day), creatine 2-3 grams per day, and Nolvadex 20mg per day from 6 weeks before the competition. At 6 weeks out I will also start topical Yohimbe/DMSO application on my thighs before morning cardio.

Cardio will start out with none for 2-3 weeks, then gradually add it in to my program. I'll go from 3x40 minutes per day up to 6x60 minutes a day (or more if needed) towards the end of the diet. My cardio will be either hill walking or hill biking (real hills, not machines). I will also get extra cardio some weekends when I go backpacking, but I go off my diet on those weekends.

That's all I can think of for now. Do you guys and gals think it will work? I'm always open to suggestions. I know WarLobo will be thinking "you should take some gear girl!" Other than that, what else should I try?

Your calorie target is the same as mine, but I'm looking at roughly 3 weeks on Body Opus. I'll post a thread on progress as well and we can all watch. I'm doing this off gear as well.

WarLobo, I would love to try the Sus, sadly the likelyhood of me having to pass a piss test is very high, and Sus would not be a good look! It's for this reason I'm not going with the Anavar either. I know from past dieting that I can get down to around 10%bf with very little muscle loss, but lose a lot of muscle getting rid of that last few % in the final weeks. Since I would have to come off the Anavar around 4 weeks out from the competition (to pass that durned test)it would not really help me out in that situation. That's why I was asking about GH in an earlier post. But if all goes well in October, I will be 'bulking' on the high octane stuff, and Sus and Anavar will be top of the list. Then we'll see who rocks the show!

Come on guys, I know you can give me more feedback. Pretend I'm a client of yours who knows nothing about the subject, how would you have me diet and train given that I have to test clean for everything (including clen and ephedrine) in 16 weeks?
