Something like a one week diary of all food and drink intake, including info on when the food was eaten, portion sizes, other activities (exercise etc...) As well we should know her current height, weight and approximate %bodyfat.

1) don't let oneself stay hungry
2) try not to miss meals
3) learn to carry food around when out and about, and always bring money just in case
4) try to eat some sort of protein food at each sitting
5) be sure that most meals are balanced with respect to macronutrients
6) eat the whole cornucopia
7) get the kitchen in order so that cooking is easy and quick.
