I am a contest girl as you will be able to tell, lots of bikini pics but you can see the progression my body has made.  It's hard to put muscle on a 6ft frame.  But, I'm getting there.  If anybody has any suggestions for improvement I would love it.  Right now I'm concentrating on boxing but, in a few years I would love to compete in BB.  I want to get BIG.  This board has been very informative and I'm glad my hubby clued me into it. I don't do any chest now, thanks to the wonderful incidence of capsular contracture on the left, which hurts just a little bit if I do chest exercises.  argh!<BR>It just kinda stinks b/c i've gone through the pain and all...which I NEVER thought would hurt so bad, plus the money I dished out for the "twins", and now i'm not happy with them.  I think I can go bigger, too, because of my frame.  My doc does mainly unders, and I wanted unders b/c I didn't want them to look fake, but now I wish I had done otherwise.  Oh well, can always redo 'em!
