Any suggestions?|||||| Z||000000||Texas Guns||06-27-2000||11:57 AM||texas_guns@hotmail.com||I am considering going on a primo cycle of 1cc every 10 days for 6-8 weeks. Hoping that this will improve my condition somewhat. War Lobo what do you think? and should I add anything to this?||209.39.225.149||reg|| Z||000001||JayeLynn||06-27-2000||12:25 PM||greyvulf@hotmail.com||oh TG, "bad patient!"
How about a little status on your condition? what is the dr. saying about your thyroid?

Personally, I'd be a little concerned about how your thyroid would respond to what I would expect to be an increased demand. ...but I'm not the expert here.
I think I have figure out the name of the little devil on your left shoulder. However, read my post in the Primo by Sportchik thread, I posted up my .02 on the primo.

I am fed up with the doc who has no idea what he is doing. It is so hard to get into see anybody. Think I will just go to the emergency room and have them run every test imagineable!!!! I do go to a different doc on Monday.

Anyway, I feel that Primo will be the easiest on my system, but yes I am waiting before I actually start it. I am fully equipped and loaded, but holding back before I pull the trigger.

Yes, War Lobo, I have been reading all the posts and getting all the info I can from other sources. Thanks for the concern

As far as my condition goes, my energy is somewhat better, but find that in the middle of the day, my speech gets slow and slurred, making it very difficult to work at times.

Just wanted some help with my cycle before I started it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mr. TG is knowledgeable kinda guy: what does he think? He has an advantage over the rest of us in that he see's your progress/status first hand. I can't really believe I'm saying this, but it sounds like you could use a little extra emotional support here. As a fellow athlete, I know how hard it is to be held back by illness/injury. Believe me, I know what it feels like to be lame. I know youre a big girl and youre going to do what you have it in your mind to do, but be sure that you understand what your risks are. A step in the wrong direction may very well set you up for a life of exhausted-couchpotatoehood. Look longterm, not just towards next week. Conquering this throid thing is giving you the opportunity to develop yet a better understanding/relationship with your own body: it doesn't have to feel like punishment. Too, you don't have to stay with the same doctor if you don't like the way he's handling your case. You can empower yourself to get another opinion.

I'm here if you need me.

We are also in the process of moving back to West Texas and it is a very stressful time on top of everything else. Thanks for the advise, support and encouragement!!!

Recovery of pituitary thyrotrypic function after withdrawl of prolonged thyroid-suppression therapy. N Engl J Med 293:681-684, 1975

Patterns of recovery of the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis in patients taken off chronic thyroid therapy. J Clin Endocrinol Metab 41:70-80, 1975

Sorry I couldn't find these references earlier. Hope you're feeling better.
