I want mine to be lower I just don't know how low...||208.205.113.135||reg|| Z||000001||JayeLynn||06-13-2000||02:09 PM||greyvulf@hotmail.com||"good" is a gray area as you will get varying input from all sectors ranging from 22% to ?9%. My experience is that 12% is the generally accepted marker today. Concerns with going lower revolve around hormone production, as a woman will not properly produce estrogen at BF%'s that are 'too low'. I think that it also true that your body will need an adjustment period when coming from high BF% to low and I see that you have been dropping BF rather quickly. Be mindful of how you feel: you are the best judge of how it is all working. Besides, you may need a little extra time to let the skin shrink back up.||129.80.22.140||reg|| Z||000002||MS||06-13-2000||04:08 PM||mad.scientist55@hushmail.com||My ideal %bf is what looks best in the mirror. But that may not help you. To look buff and maintain good health I think somewhere between 12 and 16% is good. Up to 20% is still very healthy, just not nice and lean looking. But a lot of guys still think the old 'Marilyn Monroe' look is very sexy, and she was no lean machine!||139.80.178.6||reg|| Z||000003||Dlady27||06-13-2000||04:26 PM||giggyeyes@yahoo.com||OH, NO I NEVER WANT THE MARYLYN MONROE LOOK SHE WAS FAT TO ME. I WANT IT AROUND 12% HOW CAN i WORK AT GETTING IT THAT LOW?
