I'm fairly lean for a girl and the last time I checked I was 13% My boyfriend uses AS. He has told me that he has gotten most of his info on this board. He's getting huge and looking very lean, so my question is what would you recommend me taking so I could gain some muscle, really lean out, and still keep my female features in tact. I would recommend low doses of winny (50 mg 2x per week).  I use the injectable just because I've heard you get the best results from this.  I went from about 140lbs at 19-20 % bf to 150 at 10-12% bf.  You can just watch the fat melt before your eyes.  But, keep in mind that goes along with a lot of hard work.  I lift heavy, do cardio for about 30-45 min. every morning and train for boxing 3-5 days a week.  My diet is not the best, I love to eat so I usually eat clean during the week and then eat what I want on the weekend.  As far as side effects, the worst part ins probably the hair growth (get that alot with winny)I shave my legs every day now and get facial hair also.  I tried the lazer hair removal but, has yet to wrk with 3 visits.  My voice is deeper, and my husband loves the new sex drive.  The side effects are minimal to the results. Many of these questions have been asked and you will find some great info on gear choice.  If your really near 13%, why are you trying to loose more?  Doing a show? Or just seeing how far your can push the envelope?  Winny is not my first roid of choice.  If you read tkotracy's post you will notice some rather significant sides as a result of winny usage.  <P>Some other choices might be anavar, primo depot, deca, and test.<P>Take some time and learn, cause once you cross the line, going back is not an option.<P>Late<P>Lobo<BR>||12.10.120.15||reg||
