5 scrambled egg whites with 1 yolk and a bowl of oatmeal, with water,oj, or coffee
…or…
4 Eggwhites & High protein pancakes…take light pancake mix and substitute half of recommended amount of mix with protien shake or whey protein, and topped with a little bit of strawberry preserves.

Meal #2…11:00 am…Pre-Workout
Either…
1 can of white tuna with 1 tsp. Of light mayo, and lots of chopped up veggies in it (carrots, onions, celery, garlic, peppers) on whole wheat pita
…or…
grilled chicken salad ( or other hi pro meal)
or protein bar( try to avoid them )


Workout 12:00 ( usually)…drink ultimate orange, or an inferno workout drink ( has 27 gm. Protein in it ) or a blue thunder

Meal #3…2:00 pm…Post-Workout
Protein Shake with half water and half skim milk, sometimes adding strawberries or a bananna to it. Also add creatine to shake.

Meal #4…5:00…Dinner
Usually 2 large chicken breasts grilled or lean steak with brown rice and mixed steamed veggies ( broccoli, carrots, and asparagus). Sometimes I will substitute beans for my mixed veggies and mix them with the chicken and rice.

Meal # 5…8:00… Either…
protein shake mixed with water
…or…
3-4 hard boiled eggs


I also drink a gallon or more of water a day…The protein shake I have been using now cause I am trying to up my calorie & protein intake is prolabs n-large….when on a lower cal diet, I will use other brands….
