I am currently taking .02mg tablets, but they they do come in smaller dosages.  I am 110pds and I started with just 2 a day for the first 3 days and then went up to 4 a day and that is where I am at now. I take 2 in the morning and two in the afternoon. I take that dosage for two weeks then I take a E/C/A stack (Hydroxcut- at GNC). You do the 2 week on.. 2 week off so your body doesn't get used to either one.  I go to the gym 5 days a week and do hardcore cardio 3 days a week for 45 minutes(jogging, stairmaster, bike,etc.)and weight training for 30 to 45 minutes. When she takes the clen, she is going to get really hot since it raises your body temperture.  So tell her to bring an extra towel to the gym because she is gonna burn up like you wouldn't believe.  The first two weeks I was really shaky~~~~~~ but tell her it gets better and I also noticed a headache and a little irritablity.  I hope this helps.<P>P.S. She has to eat healthy too.  Lots of water(cut the soda out) and lower the carbs.
