I have a friend who is deciding between each. She is in great fitness shape and took winnie tabs and primo inject last summer...not at same time however.

She is looking to harden up and shred fat, and get as cut as possible. I know AS doesn't cause you to shred fat but you get the picture. She does at least 1.5 hours cardio 5 times a week at least...hard!

Would you (females) take REAL primo tabs or winnie inject?

Does she lift at all? Wayyyyyy to much cardio to maintain muscle mass IMHO. Whats her diet like?

Describe the intensity of her cardio. She has got to be careful and spare as much muscle as possible. I agree that is too much cardio for muscle preservation.

My vote would be for primo injections all the way, baby! Especially for reduced sides and hardness especially. I did retain lots of water on it, but water is a fairly easy thing to shed once the cycle is over.

I meant she does cardio 5 times a week not a day...bad typo. If that were the case, I'd have her committed to the fitness-nut house.

Her diet is on the money. Taking in at least 1g of protein per bodyweight lb. Most of it from shakes, eggs, chicken. Diet is good. Her cardio is combo of treadmill, stairmaster, etc... She does an intense 60+ minutes a day. She's 5'9, weighs 138.

Sounds crazy, but I would back off the cardio to three days a week, but keep it up to 60 to 90 minutes a session. If she is going to do cardio as often as five times a week, back down on the time. Could be wrong here, but I still think she is sacrificing too much muscle especially on her protein intake. Increase protein to at least 1 1/2 grams per pound of bodyweight.

Is she very athletic as it is, or should I say, is she active in other sports? If so her body is likely to adapt to a certain type of cardio and it may not be as affective. Have her do something different as far as cardio goes. Stairstepper, treadmill with steep incline, eliptical machine, working at a lower intensity for a longer amount of time.

Try it and see the results.

She does cardio but is she lifting? (You didn't answer)

Diet sounds okay if she is taking in enough cals to support muscle mass. Not just protein but fat and carbs too.

I agree - the cardio should be cut down.
1 1/2 5 times a week is still a lot!

EXACTLY my point F1 - no muscle mass = no hardness. If she isn't lifting then its pointless.

Ladies...ladies...ladies!

OF COURSE she is lifting. Lifts with good form and good combo. of weights and machines; on average 12 sets a bodypart.

Yes, her body is athletic. She's tall 5'9 and 138 and has muscle but wants the refined cuts in places like abs, calves, legs.

muscle burns fat and muscle comes from weight training not cardio.

At that height she would do better to put on 10 or 15lbs lbs of LBM, it would make her look a hell of alot more RIPPED and her bf would go down.
