depends but, some kind of chicken,salad,apple,bread(bun)16oz milk,8oz of OJ
mid-day3:30-4
chicken breast,brown rice,vegtable,water
dinner6-6:30
depends but, some form of chicken or beef,salad,apple,patatos or rice, 16oz milk,8oz of OJ
7:45
protein shake w/ tablespoon of flax oil
9pm
cereal,yogart,,water
Bed time 12-12:30
protein shake
TOTAL calories is 3000
