Z||000000||phenethylamine||02-09-2001||05:56 AM||digitalxtc@privacyx.com||i've been lifting heavy weights everyweek for a few months already, i always wanted to take whey protein and creatine but there's no whey here and creatine is like triple the price as in the states. i was thinkin of using dbol since its so cheap here in thailand but i think the side effects outhweight the gains.<P>luckily, a friend just went to the states and will be able to bring me back some supplements in a week.<BR>i don't really know anything about supplements except for what i read of the net and that since my friend started using whey he's so much thicker.<BR>also, i heard some contaminated cow-feed from europe was shipped to thailand so i can't eat no beef now, and beef is usually my main source of protein.<P>from what i read off the net, i think the best would be the biggest bottles of whey protein and creatine monohydrate (preferably micronized).<P>can anyone recommend me the best brands (quality and price) for whey protein and creatine?<P>i heard designer protein was a good brand for whey and for creatine i heard AST and cell-tech are good creatine brands, so is this right? which is really the best?<P>also since i don't know anything about supplements, ide appreciate it if u could recommend me other of kinds of supplements.<P>any help would be appreciated, thx in advance!<BR><p>[This message has been edited by phenethylamine (edited February 09, 2001).]||203.146.64.164||reg||

Prolab is great for Protein, Creatine, Glutamine; EAS has good stuff, Muscletech is good, Next Proteins (designer whey) is good, Sports one is good, Ultimate and Optimum are pretty good also. With Cratine, phfenstihl (sp) and Creapure are both excellent manufactuers. So there just a little on who I trust.
